Hi, welcome to my pizza tutorial. In this tut, you will learn how I make pizza.
Materials needed (ingredients):
-Dry Yeast (should come in the form of powder)
-Water (warm)
-Salt
-Sugar
-Oil (any oil works, preferrably olive)
-Flour (A LOT of it)
-Tomato Sauce
-Tomato Paste
-Oregano Leaves (preferrably crushed)
-Onion Salt
-Garlic Salt
-1 teaspoon
-1 tablespoon
-1 small cooking pan
-1 pizza pan (those big, flat round pans that go in an oven)
-An oven
-A stove (rofl, I had to put those in)
-1 Medium-sized bowl
-Cheese (grinded)
-Topping of your choice
Ok, some people think making a pizza is hard. When really, its easy. If I can do it, then you can...
This tutorial consists of 4 parts what will show you how to make the pizza.
Part I: The base of bread.
1. Take out your medium sized bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Dry yeast into it.
3. Add 2 cups of warm water.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
7. Add 2 and 1/2 cups of flour.
This will make the base of the pizza, which is the bread.
Now stir it around a bit with your hands until it forms into a tanish color of goo-looking stuff. Occasionally sprinkle some flour into it and mix it in. Do that for about 4 minutes.
Part II: The Sauce:
1. Take out your small cooking pan and put it on the stove.
Now, this part all depends on your stove. If your stove has a range of 1-10 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, put it to 5. If yours goes Low-Medium-High put it to medium.
2. Add Tomato Sauce that covers about 1/8 of the pan.
3. Add some Tomato Paste that covers about 1/2 of the Tomato Sauce, just be sure its around the place and not in one place.
4. Add 1 teaspoon of Oregano Leaves.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Onion Salt (1/2 if you want more flavor)
6. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Salt (1/2 if you want more flavor)
7. Take out your table spoon and stir it around till it all forms up altogether. Let it sit there for about 5 mins.
Part III: Back to the base:
1. Sprinkle more flour into the bread dough (which is what we made in part I) till it gets soft, like a baby's butt. ROFL
2. Roll it out into a circular shape and place it in your Pizza Pan.
3. Now, to make the crust, push some parts of the dough onto the edges of the pan.
Part IV: Finishing off the pizza:
1. Take your sauce pan (be sure to turn off the stove, I dont want anyone to die reading this OK? I hate having to deal with lawyers and all that junk).
2. Add your sauce and spread it out onto the pizza pan, so its layered on top of the bread dough.
3. Spread it out with your tablespoon.
4. Add some grated cheese.
5. Add the topping of your choice.
6. Throw the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes, preferrably 15 cause it always comes out soft and tasty.
And you have made a delicious pizza.
I will get a picture soon.
Thank you for reading my tut.
