first one is good but needs depth and fixed lighting but nb

second is better but i would say stay away from premade brushes and that horizontal wave or w/e doesnt really fit..just seems random

1st is good but i dont like the wave affect or liquify effect or w/e you used, try and use a gradient map, it gives the sig much more depth, and better colouring, you still have alot to learn.
2nd is qutwe good but the face is over sharpened and its lost its quality big time, and the lighting and the stuff coming out of it seems way too random.
3rd i dont really like, try and smudge the filter in, with a splatter brush at 85%.

that one is prolly ur best yet m8 , just the border needs fixing , on the border layer , try changing the opacity or fill to 50-65%
