Rounded sigs

You know the sigs that are curved on the corners... well just wondering how do u do that lol ??

Here's a clue : Rounded Rectangle Tool ;)

well, I just select the canvas with rectangle marque tool, then go to Select>Modify>Smooth and select the radius. ;)

Well... this is what i have tried

- New layer, rectangle tool, change feather to 3-4 and select inverse. thats all find but when I delete it blurs in the edges....

- Rounded rectangle tool, when I make the rectangle using this, it colours its self in black and I dno what to do....


Still kinda need help =/
