One Blood Eastside Remix: Jim Jones, Mims, Fabolous, Papoose, Cassidy, Hell Rell, The Clipse, Swizz Beatz, Diddy, Juelz Santana(extended verse), Nas, Jadakiss, Red Cafe, Sheek Louch, Styles P, Cam'ron, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, N.O.R.E, LL Cool J, & Ja Rule.
Also on the new Dirty South Remix, Twista (who is actually from the midwest) was changed into the Midwest Remix below and Pimp C replaced his spot (but not his lyrics, obviously) on the new Dirty South Remix.
Also, it is unconfirmed though, The Game made a new regional remix, this one focuses on the midwest, but like it was said before this is not confirmed:

Another remix in the works is called the "Remix of the Remix" and will feature a different set of 30 artists:
One Blood Remix of the Remix: Diddy, Jay-Z, Akon, T-Pain, Busta Rhymes, Pimp C, Lil' Flip, Bun B, Snoop Dogg, DJ Khaled, Too Short, DJ Paul, Chingy, Murphy Lee, Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Ice Cube, DMX, Lil' Jon, Lil' Eazy E, Rich Boy, Mike Jones, Fabo, Birdman, Juicy J, Cam'ron, Big Boi, Andre 3000, Bonecrusher, Petey Pablo, Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., & Swizz Beatz.
The Game is currently working on putting together the remixes above with all the new artists, so it may take some time before the remixes are released, that's if they do get released.
