2nd and 3rd are great (specifically 3rd), but is she wearing a cape?!
on 2nd you need more subtle shading to show her vertibrae, it's not as deep as shown

These girls are definitely not fat, they're just not the anorexic, toothpick girl people see from celebrities, and so people are tending to expect this unhealthy, disease-body more and more from the average girl. And, yes, in the third, it is a man's face, I think that women generally have rounder faces, and smaller, less pointy chins than the males. And smaller noses. And mouths. But, that's my perspective, and in no way am I a professional artist, either.
