Post the templates not the links plz from the next time.

text in both of them isnt digging up and both r kinda off...
dont like the second ones banner cause its stretched but the conten somewhat is ok.

[Why]

the first one was simple and not very eye catchin and
the second one was also simple and to stretched but i like the idea behide the banner only the world wat very stretched and i did not like the text over the world
