Topaz Vivacity, photoshop plug-in developed by Topaz Labs, used to clean up images. This plug-in is commercial, but you can get a 30 day free trial :banana:

another thing its good for is say u have a render of a rapper say 50 cent
you use one of the topaz filters and it turns into cartoon i used it once look here is one of my cuts

looks at the pic cut,look at the texture of jay-z's skin
and then look at the cut with topaz filter

when i cut the render i used once of the topaz filters too make it loook more cartoon

It works very well if your render in the stock is bad quality, gives a nice effect to a sig
