Bling Avatar (Just like sairos')

I have had a look around and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a tutorial on how to make one of those bling avatars. e.g. the one sairos has. please provide me with a link.. :woot: I haven't been able to find one so far.. :huh:

umm, someone has a shop for these on GR, and lum1 made these a while ago, but you need 3d's max i think. Can't be made in photoshop
