ok, I'll explain: there are 2 modes to sell a tut - FULL RIGHTS and LEARNING RIGHTS if it's fullrights you can ell it once and the new owner will be the guy who bought it learning rights is for learning purposes, I buy to learn but I can't repost it or claim it's mine. so if you sell it for learning, then your price is fair, but if you sell it for FR - means you'll never be able to resell it again :D
