Microsoft + Yahoo = Google Killer ?

The surprising offer, announced today, leaves the decision in the hands of Yahoo's board, which responded that it would promptly evaluate the proposal "in the context of Yahoo's strategic plans and pursue the best course of action to maximize long-term value for shareholders."

In my opinion, it's good that microsoft wants to do something to beat google wich was getting too strong lately!

i saw this on a headline in G4 while trying to watch Attack of the show. 44.6 Bill is a lot.

Besides, the first thing i type of the address bar, even without knowing is "www.google.com" lol. I type it unconsciously. XD.

But Google is still pretty popular, thats something Microsoft + Yahoo cant take away.
