Hm, I guess all I have to say is add in more contrast. The text contrast is perfect, but everything else kinda seems all a solid dark color.

The round thingy at top has to go,
Regular blocks in the content area has to go,
The ghay color behind the content has to be changed or darkened like alot to give the content the desired attention,
i like the navi though.. but still it seems a bit empty.. thats because it wip.. so Keep it up!
