noobhunta; Your tag is well put together although it is really to bright towards the middle. I think this tag could use more depth, and a few more colors.

Plan-B; I really think you could use more effects, quality effects, you need to think about getting some more depth in your tag and have it not so messy.

Despite the fact that nearly the entire image is sodden with blur effects, Noobhunta gets my vote simply because the brushing in the middle fits nicely with his theme. If it weren't so overly blurred, I would really dig that tag.
