dude, do you know that vray has become obsolete since max9?

Mental Ray's arc and design mats are a lot easier and a lot better to use now, and with max'08s optimizations it is a lot faster for mat editing..

You should try it out..

Hi

in matter of architecture, this pool is real, its from a ach project for an hotel. So if it is bad arch, it's not my bad! :D

well... i now mental improved a lot. I already played with it a little. But i didnīt gain much knowledge, so i'm not in the situation to use it in my work. I'm lazy, i know. But i intent to explore more mental in this new version. I used mental in Max 7 and 8 and it was a pain in the ass. I'm realy not a lover of vray. To be honest, rendering it's not the 3d section i love most...

I've used it before but i can have faster results with good quality (i think) with displace.
as exemple, some testsi've done.
