Carbon's Mario Sig

Ok guys....I need some help with this one.

post number 6 has the mario sig that Carbon posted. I know this is for sure a rip. But was it ripped from Carbon? or do you think that Carbon ripped it as well. It does kinda look like Carbon ripped it because the style is completely different.

That mario sig was WITH MORE for a LONG TIME. I bought that for Full Rights, about 1.5 or so years ago. I did not RIP, But i did SELL it Recently to some1 for Full Rights.....
