Get a "drawn" effect

This tutorial i kinda made with my m8, and iv'e also seen it on like 900 other forums....

First open a new document, i used 400X130.
And then i put the stock in (Real people work the best)

Then go Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur 3px.

Then Edit>Fade Gaussian Blur put it on Darken(then choose "Fade Gaussian Blur" on the menu).

As u can see it has somewhat of a a drawn effect
