Water Flow

Ive seen many a sig where the edges of the render look like they are water flowing off of it. Anyone got a tut for this or know where i can find one?

Well i know smudging but that one is like spalshes of water coming off of it.

Ah I know this one (here is a mini tut)--->

Make a new layer, apply image, then go to Filter>Distort>Displace

Do it a couple of times until it looks nice, then erase what doesn't fit or wont go with the flow, it might screw up the sig, but you need to erase most of it so it looks nice.
