i think hes talking about real vectoring, cause gamepr0's is vector brushes. real vectoring is making everything yourself with pen tool, etc.

If you knew how to use the pen tool you'd be able to make a sig with pen tool shapes. So maybe a tut on the pen tool would help you more.
