nope lol, best css tut for coding a temlate from photoshop is www.freecss.info thats where i learned and im pro :P

nope lol only 1 page is needed and that's http://www.w3schools.com/Css/css_reference.asp or any other reference
next to that you need to understand what you're doing when you create a css very basically and you need to understand english to understand the definitions
