I can't see animated images. I'm not sure how to explain it, but heres some pictures.
This is what is supposed to be seen:

This is what I see:

I can only see one frame... it doesn't play like it should
And this goes for anything thats animated. I think it has something to do with my flash player.. idk

1. It's been like that ever since i bought my computer. so since Mid-August 2006. And it's like that for both of my computers.
2. Idk what a GIF program is. I don't think i have GIMP so probably not.
Also - being it happens on both my computers, could it have something to do with my LAN connection or a Firewall or something?

In FF go to Tools>Options>Content tab and make sure that LOAD IMAGES AUTOMATICALLY box is checked now right of it go to EXCEPTIONS and make sure that Tech-GFX isnt on the list
For IE>DO NOT USE IE
Check Firewall for blocked sites or image blocking,If U use ZonaAlarm go to
>Privacy>AdBlocking>Custom>Go to AdBlocking tab and make sure that ANIMATION box is UNchecked

shockwave:

just came up with some new ideas
1. your browsers cache/buffer may be full, clear it, check the options of your browser where you can clear it and you may be willing to make the size of cache bigger
2.in advanced options of IE you blocked animations of images, try going to advanced options>multimedia and check for options there
3. FF: go to the page: "about:config" this will show all the advanced settings of firefox: search for this: "image.animation_mode" double click it and a window will pop up, if it's something different than "normal", change it to "normal" (without the "" off course ;) )

1 - deleted cache
2 - Didn't block animations in I.E.
3 - was already on normal..
and still nothing .... WTF :verymad:
did you try firefox?
because this is the first time i hear about such thing, which is logically isnt possible, i will ask you to change your Windows ... get a new one and try it out. dont just reinstall windows .. just get another one.
btw does they animate in windows Explorer or with viewing programs like ACDsee, Windows picture and Fax Viewer.

I'm using FireFox
New windows on both computers??? (cause it's the same for both computers)
they just don't animate. like. Flash animation or anything .swf animates..
Also, when i create a .gif animation in photoshop, I can preview it animated, but as soon as i save it and upload it, it doesn't animate for me anymore..

I FIXED IT...
Sorry for double post but i figured it out.. My Firewall automatically considered this site to be a threat so it blocked it... So i manually fixed it and now everything is working...
