Photoshop pen tool

Can somebody please teach me how to use the pen tool. I find it very confusing :blink:

Once you click once (start point) Then click again(end point) BUT DON'T LET GO OF THE MOUSE (KEEP YOU FINGER PUSHED ON THE LEFT CLICK BUTTON) Then move your mouse around to get a curve.
