Vista Style (Sorta)

Here's my newest one. It's really simple, only took me about 4 hours total since I had to mess with the formatting again. :blink: lol Anyways, I'm really happy with the results:

this is nice, but it will be really crappy to code. I mean it's not so optimised for web. Try to don't use gradients if you want your templates to be easy to code ;)

Well I did code it. lol What I did was I made the entire middle section one huge image. rofl Then in Dreamweaver I made another layer, added the text on that layer so that it would go above the middle, and cut out the buttons and added them to the top and put the copyright at the bottom. lol

nice for a first one and it deos look like vista :)

It does not really bear resembelance to Vista. The glass affect attempted is too thick to be reminiscent of Windows Vista.

I think the Outer Glow ruins it (and the gradient though)

drop shadow ruins it too and i think u must work with that much more.
