not bad but...
font is not nice, too empty, need more colors (u are combine in this design 2 colors (limeta greem, and variation of gray )
but, if this your second design, it's realy good for begginer ;-)

There is a site that automatically generates text. It's just filler.

its not latin its a random thing called lorum ipsum. it was created to show text on web site templates.
ive used it tons of times creating my templates for my site. it works wonders and my site looks tons better than before i had it and the site flows much better.

im not sure where you get it but for people going to create a site from scratch use this it can save days on a really large site in fact the largest site took about a month with out it i would add about 15 days on to that time so its a winner in my book.

and for the site design good work. how many have you done because it doesent look like your new to it. do you use a program.

i like using dreamweaver 8
