Theme Icon Update

I switched from the Blue theme to Yellow of the forum overlook. The icons on the left of the "topics" or "sections" of the forum is definitely out of date. See with the Blue to have the blue blocks which look appealing but the yellow theme has these "papers" which barely change color when an update has occurred.

Definitely needs an update.
