First sig for a while

Ive not used photoshop or any graphics programs for that matter for around a year now. Just whipped up this trying to remember what all the effects do and stuff, its preatty basic but i kinda like it..

not bad at all. I think the scanlines are abit heavy though, i only use about 20% transparency.
