ORRR! You can use the Lasso tool and make the feather 15 px and go around the render and then press delete... Its waaaay easier ;).

the better way is playing around with filters and eraser. ;)

Thanks man =].. And yeah my way is pretty noobish.. And it makes the render look crappy.. But hey.. Thats exactly why I never blend my renders =].

Erasers set to an opicity of about 25-35% and with a grunge brush does great.
