It's good depending on what it's for. Kinda simple but good for a first.

for a firts not bad , maybe get a little color scheme and put the design thats in the bottom , at the top
the bottom should be relativly plain i think

i dont know what it meens of if it does meen anything but alot of designers use it as like a false text :)
