smudge tool

i'm aware i look like a total idiot for asking this but i've just downloaded PS CS3 (trial version) after months using Elements and I can't find the smudge tool.

help !

Lol, well, you tried making right click in the burn tool or the group where is it?

find the blur tool and u well see like a hand and thats it
